Andy has held senior leadership roles in the U.S. and overseas and has served as a teacher, building administrator, district office administrator, Superintendent, and founding Executive Director of the Southwest Conservation Corps. His leadership approach emphasizes adaptive, responsive planning processes designed for today's rapidly changing world—moving beyond traditional strategic planning methods to create flexible frameworks that respond to emerging opportunities and challenges in real time.
